When you walk into a store to buy groceries you usually don’t think about where they come from. The information about where your favorite fruits and veggies were grown is very important. Given that info, you will be able to estimate the possibility of GMO presence in your most wanted edibles.

According to the information of The Center for Food Safety, 64 countries in the world require some kind of GMO labeling. On the other hand, U.S. and Canada are leaders among the countries that have no GMO food labeling laws. Finally, Serbia in Europe, and Benin & Zambia in Africa are the only 3 countries in the world which have an official ban on genetically engineered food and cultivation.
